Released in November 2017, BargeOps 5.2 delivers many improvements in the Onshore application to streamline and improve quality of data entry and provide additional information on several search screens. For example, when searching barge tickets, you can now search by contract # and see freight origin and destination fields in the search results.
We’ve also made several improvements to the Portal including:
- Options for daily reports in PDF or Excel format
- Ability to look up closed tickets
- Ability to look up by ticket #
- Ability for a Portal user to view selected contracts for multiple freight customers, which is useful for a terminal that handles cargo for multiple customers
In our BargeOps Analytics module we added several new Accounting attributes and measures including pricing zone, rate type, towing miles, and towing tons used for mil/ton-mile rates.
